I just tested that driver, and the official Samsung one too. The results did not change much. Better to stick with the MS one imo, since poor speeds don't really seem connected to the NVMe drivers, but to something else.
So... today or tomorrow Canary should either jump to build 258xx or switch to a new zn_release (W11 v23H2?) branch (latest known build 25352.1). I believe these will be timebomb-less builds and will also drop the "Insider Preview" branding. Or... most likely, this is another build-less week LMAO.
@Redtune: No wonder, both drivers (the original and my mod+signed one) are absolutely identical. I have just customized the *.INF file to make the Samsung NVMe driver usable with all NVMe SSDs. Samsung's latest original NVMe driver v3.3.0.2003 WHQL does not even support Samsung's newest NVMe SSDs 980 Pro and 990 Pro.
Maybe tomorrow... I heard this week's build will A/B test the ability to be able to boot... LMFAO just kiddin'.
Using your modded+signed version for my 2-2TB NVMe Gen5 m-2 drives. And my 2-8TB NVMe Gen4 m-2 drives. Works great.
