I think it's waste of time to download and install new builds each week. It's enough to see their new features in blog, forums and wait it come to RTM. (To real life).
Last time when there was a period of no new IP builds it was the release time for the new public H2 build.
But if its a waste of time then wudnt there be no point saying it then cause ya just seem to give out about everything all the time if its not to your liking
People hoping that we didn't get a new build because the next build is going to be Windows 12 or something great are probably going to be pretty badly disappointed.
FRIENDLY REMINDER: As it was with Windows 11 in 2020/2021, the builds currently being tested in the Canary Channel are, indeed, Windows 12/vNext builds. However, for secrecy reasons, they lack the new UX/UI stuff as well as the branding. There are, most likely, internal equivalents of our builds which do have all of the new stuff enabled and working -- and are branded as "Windows 12". This week's next Canary Channel build, will likely be a very boring bug-fix-only build, like last week's Dev 23555 build. Don't get your hopes up and don't hold your breaths. We will only see proper, full Windows 12, in some 6 to 9 months from now, during -- AND I REPEAT -- DURING the new OS' formal announcement event by Microsoft. We should not expect anything before probably late June 2024. The first properly branded Win12 build will be made available some 7 days later. Let's now enjoy the rest of the year, holiday season is almost here!
