    can confirm for the Server build, LCU is intergrating only in winre.wim and boot.wim
    didn't tested Client editions yet

    No, that command should be available since build 22000
    unless they changed it in 26052

    my ADK is 25398.1

    current script uses installed ADK or 26052 DISM?

    BTW, there are two other commands supported:
    /Add-EdgeBrowser
    /Add-EdgeWebView

    do you think i should support that pick and choose?
    or current "add them all" is enough?

    I know that people hates Edge, but EdgeWebView is used by another software so it could be useful
    in this regard detailed customisation is not a bad thing, but by default it should integrate everything

    if you're using the Samsung nvme driver that might be the problem.

    Yes (2) Samsung nvme M2 drives (Raid-1), Kinda figured that is most probably the cause
    Transferring Data at the moment in order to strip them out and try again, no real urgency... but would like to see what the issue actually is.

    What I don't get is that all IPs up to 26040, have no issues with my current configuration (and Windows happily rolls back to 26040 on upgrade failure)... so something has changed.

    Edit: Well, stripped everything out... except OS drive, upgrade still fails with the same storport.sys error
    ... again rolled back to 26040 without any glitches (and runs without issue, after putting all stuff back)...
