The mentioned Update belongs to all insider channels, Release Preview, Beta, Dev and Canary, not Retail Channel.

Did anyone run uup-converter for "Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26058.1000" + manually adding 26058.1300 updates files? or with 26058.1400 files?

You need to update to latest ADK which is 25398.1, as the default dism tool in the version of Windows you're running doesn't work well with 25xxx and 26xxx series builds.

I don't think dism version matter much here

logically, the purpose of Hotpatch update is to allow current running OS to install the update without restart required
so, adding it to offline install.wim have no affect or maybe not even supported

Hotpatching works only if VBS is activated. There can be a lot of reasons why it might not be activated or blocked.

 

HotPatch also requires baseline LCU.

 

autounattend.xml "%configsetroot%\DRIVERS" isn't working

 

simple question : i install an new PC(never an OS on it) tomorrow with this build..
does it boot or do i need to install 23H2 first and set the UEFI switch for DEV builds ?
or can i set the switch for DEV builds from an bootable WinXPE ???
if i start the dev setup from there ? (starting the upgrade setup and let the setup set the switch)

 

becorse of the UEFI switch it wants when you upgrade it, for the needed certificates ???
