    No need to complicate working concept
    removing those packages will not make it "official" boot.wim, as long as WinPE-Setup packages are not available

    i decided not to implement SkipLCUBoot for now
    we shall see when final build is ready

    I agree, v24H2 is not yet ready to be signed off. There is still some issues and bugs that need to be resolved with this version.

    26090 is likely to be pushed soon.

    I guess the final build is 26095, if 26090 is not. (26090 seems to have a service pipeline update, so some people believe it is not the final build.)

    I am checking the symbol server to determine if 26090 has a production signature.
