This is the first real bug I have recognized after having done a clean install of a Windows 11 Pro Canary Build (here: 17813.1000): The Device Manager of my brandnew Geekom A7 Mini-PC shows a yellow flagged AMD device named "NPU Compute Accelerator Device", which is unusable due to an Error Code 43. HardwareIDs: PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1502&SUBSYS_15021022&REV_00 Neither a reboot of the computer nor a driver update to v32.0.203.240 solved the problem. An Insider report has already been sent by me to Microsoft. Here are the related pictures: EDIT: After having uninstalled the device and its driver, I rebooted and realized, that the Device Manager looked quite different. The related device was now named "AMD IPU Device", listed within the "System Devices" section and didn't work because of a Code 10 error. Here are the pictures:
Yesterday at 4:05am the same flight was offered to me buy MS. so I started the download/install then went to work. Today, I noticed that I now have several warnings/errors. Event #2 Kernel-Event Tracing "Cloud Files Diagnostic Event Listener" error: 0xC0000022. and Event #1 Kernel-Event Tracing "PCA file tracing session" has reached it's max size. Both of those have been fixed. they reappear in computer management appon reboot/restart everytime.
