Well, bad news, I upgraded to 27938.1 build via Windows Update but the files you indicated me for the watermark removing are still missing. Im now preparing the USB Drive for clean install with latest portable Rufus. I chose Spanish-Spain on Uupdump.net; Im curious to see if Latinamerican keyboard appears somewhere just coz I have to set Spanish - Argentina as local region. C u soon.
