Probably means they found a bug or something, we've seen them re-instating it some of the times or just move on to a newer one.
It's all about how extremely bad the Win10 UI was and is. They had reduced Windows to where no one was excited about it anymore, like stickman in 2D world. From flat and sharp in the earliest builds of Windows, all the way to depth/glassy and customizable (7), regressing back to flat and sharp again (but worse than ever) (8-10), all the way to then trying to create some interest in the UI again (11). It is a referendum on how flat and boring the OS had become. Not that I think they'll really pull it off, but it can't be worse than living in Flat Hell.
There's nothing wrong with that. Windows 10 will still be officially supported for another 5 years at least.
Word is this one got cancelled. If that is true, then this week will be the very first without a dev channel build since Win11 started public testing.
