Why didnt we get a message saying to move to beta to keep the pre release? seriously thinking about rolling back and joining beta channel
Thanks for that. Looking at the keyboard function on Virtual box, it has assigned right Alt key to invoke task manager on the virtual machine, which in turn allowed me to input the reg fix Thanks again
When you start VM there is menu at top, just go to Input > Keyboard > Insert Ctrl-Alt-Del, or you can use soft keyboard to insert custom shortcuts, use w/e works for you.
Hi, I have a question. I have installed Windows 10 21H1, Could I format the disk and clean install windows 11 ? Or I have to upgrade first Win10-->Win11 and then clean install Win11?
One or the other is the same and much easier if you want to keep all your stuff just upgrade, up to you.
It seems they have still not fixed the extra space around the Window in Task View. Explorer still feels sluggish at times. This is a new install BTW.
22000.xxx went thru internal testing stages, because msft switched from 10X and "sun valley" to 11, so that was released as "somewhat stable". 22449.1000 is back in the dev channel as rs_prerelease and those have the watermark and expiration date, dev channel builds are back to normal, not linked to any running or future builds
so far, MS has released most new Win11 insider builds on Thursdays (the recent 22000.176 & 22449 builds were posted on 9/2 which is a THU) one recent exception was 22000.168 which was released 8/27 which was a FRI
Hello. I need to do a clean install on a PC that has completely failed an unassailable pin lock (iso win 11 version 22000.51). This is the only one I have so far. Can someone give me the link to the most stable version possible? Would it be 22000,132? I also ask if I need to register in Windows Insider preview to be able to succeed in the installation... thankful.
No need to register the insider to install. I always download and install isos without login in M$ account
