I can download with 1000MBit/s, too (upload is only 50MBit/s ). Usually 500MiB to 1.00TiB bandwidth a month, probably peanuts for you.
Aren't those 2 things dependent on eachother? And yes, 22000.194 TB ISOs have the same restrictions/system requirements as before.
Installed .194 iso in a vm. So far I've observed that the vm requirement of needing TPM is in effect. I haven't played around with dism apply image yet. I've just done a cursory install in a vm. Packages included in pro index were as follows: Package_for_DotNetRollup~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.4400.3 Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~22000.194.1.3 Package_for_ServicingStack_190~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~22000.190.1.0 I was unable to replicate the taskbar blank bug in the welcome user screen. I tried logging off and sending ctrl alt del to vm using the special button in vmware. It doesn't seem to do anything. I'm probably replicating the steps that liteos described incorrectly or maybe it requires a bare metal install instead of a vm. At either rate it will require further diagnosis.
Iirc when i want to set TPM to on it messages me about secure boot is needed, will check it on my laptop. "secure boot is not allowed if the system is in legacy boot mode" it says when i want to enable SB. TPM doesn't, so TPM can run with Legacy boot, confusing
It occurs on my old test laptops, can't remember seeing it in a VM (didn't really pay attention too).

Yeah, that's why I'm asking about screen resolution. I'm hoping that if I set screen resolution, that might somehow trigger it without actually installing it in an actual machine. It's a longshot.
i used VHD Gen1 [not vhdx] with already all the boots files in place and then just deploy with dism like Dism /Apply-Image /ImageFile:install.wim /Index:4 /ApplyDir:n:\ booting to it not skipping the OOBE activating the admin account after "one moment..." screen completing the creating of the user and after all done i do reboot not internet / network card connected res - 1600x900 , set it after all is done edit: btw also i installed via iso, with full installation like in the yt video didnt effect the outcome runing this cmd reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DelayedDesktopSwitchTimeout /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f will make the blank taskbar appear without needing to use alt-ctrl-del
Can you elaborate on this step? Did you connect to the internet and activate the Windows system or do you mean that you used the command "net user administrator /active:yes"? Either of these options could lead down a completely different diagnostic path.
If I install this ISO today, what are the chances for me to directly upgrade to the latest build once they release the "final" win11? I vaguely remember I installed a Windows 10 IP build and it turned out to be the final build sometime in the last few years.
Builds don't change anymore, always 22000. All you will probably receive is an LCU bringing the system up to snuff. The foundations (Windows Core) is already final since June.
