Yeah I do one every feature update so I'll do one now too, backing up the useful data from C: and I'll be doing it clean now that I made sure the license works fine and it's bound to account even for 11.
@Enthousiast For the inplace upgrade shown in your useful gif: When we get to the end of the gif and install begins do we then Shift +F10 as if we were normally installing on an empty partition or clean install? Sorry, it is a while since I performed an inplace upgrade (actually probably never) so not sure what to expect. Don't want to mess it up as I had already performed a clean W11 Pro install with fixed ISO and after that installed a Windows 10 and Windows 7. I have no wish to reinstall and configure these two operating systems again due to me making one of my horrible mistakes. Thanks again.
No, for (inplace/repair) ISO upgrades it's enough to keep disconnected at least till the upgrade actually starts.
