So, you were unable to follow a simple, but very important recommendation, and then, blame MS for being "forced to do a clean install" because MS decided so, and it is an unfair decision...
how cinical can be a person for blame another one because their own personal (and informed) decisions?
i just can´t get it

Oh I get it!!!!!! The quirk of the current modern society, "I wont accept responsibility for my decisions"

"Someone else is the blame, and there is always a fix to my mistakes, some-one will bail me out"

so yeh, I can understand it, BUT dont have to agree with it, nor follow the sheep-people

I'll raise the bet to $25! Maybe MS has acknowledged the criticism about the processor cutoff line being a bit arbitrary? I can understand the TPM requirement, but dropping support for 1st gen AMD Ryzen and 7th gen Intel CPUs was very bulls**te if you ask me. They explained they tested the following generations of processors and found that they had much less kernel issues and yada yada, but I didn't buy it at all.

if you worked in IT over the decades you would realize in helpdesk and support levels that the older the hardware the more issues and support needed :) certain companies run hardware into the ground instead of normal 3 to 4 yr lifecycle and write offs in that period so win xp and win 7 eras were very bad with support and in conjunction with lower ram in pc's even more problems :) just because tech community of non IT workers have devices and follow this and other forums doesn't mean majority of MS customers that are majority sheep, useless management at all levels know how to fix their own problems even when told simple reboot usually clears up issue but try telling that to senior management or sales people or crusty old workers :) this just my opinion working in many industries and gov and working with users in many departments senior management/hr/dev/sales/roadworkers etc

the worst is working for small/medium size businesses always strapped for cash :)
