this is normally from a driver installed on a system being upgraded .. been there done that. remove offending driver
Annoying bug in win 11 as I tried to open a jpg and got the message "class not registered" WTF......but it opens ok in win 10
This sometimes happens as a result of various stuff being installed, breaks the file association. Right-click a .jpg file and choose Open With, choose the program you want to use and click Always Use. Fixed?
Well I can "open with" photoshop, fastone image viewer etc but win 11 doesn't remember my choice when I double click on a jpg file
One other thing in Windows 11: It is mess up my sound card and I can't hear anything. I'm looking for a driver of sound card, unfortunately it stop support.
better to stick to windows 10 , or have a dual boot with windows 11 if you cant stay away ... or windows 11 in a VM is also an option to stay safe... they have integrate Linux Subsystem in windows 11 more strongly than it was in windows 10, and now you can run android apps in windows 11 via amazon store , but having said that there is also a strong chance of kernel mode errors , and kernel errors means only one thing , BSOD !! which is rather Black screen of death in windows 11 .
Be aware, our MAK key friend is the only one "having" BSOD because no reason and recommends stay with win10, because -again- no reason...
They must have snuck that one in when no one was looking. I suppose like many, I'm keen to have a mess around with that.
