Not fully, so it seems... The latency seems to be fixed, but the bandwidth numbers work like a random number generator.

But 22000.282 is better update than 258. It has more fixes and change the Chat animation in taskbar like in 22483.
Yeah, I know. Official MS isos are usually not based on the absolute latest patch. A savvy user can download win10ui, the latest servicing stack, LCU, and .NET update and make an even more up to date iso.
It is still a LONG road to a comparatively stable windows 11 iso. Next year by November , you can expect to have some major relief.
I'm quite confused, I'm running a Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2 and I want to upgrade into Windows 11 Enterprise stable (22000). Which ISO am I supposed to download?
