Fact of W11 : Your hardware is under control of M$ Plus the OS itself [Both] but Fact of W10 : M$ OS is under control of them but not the hardware. but but Fact of w7 : Even not Full Control of OS via M$ as well doesnt apply to Hardware in any scenario. but but but Fact of wXP : no control of OS nor the hardware itself. Conclude now & decision is always on users side. Facts will come under attention after a year or two when severe issues are faced by users for the hardware on which w11 was installed. so i left this comment in pending till its faced by users & then users will have to comment if this comment of mine is wrong or right.
year or 2 we on v4 of windows 11 same can be said for 10 as they keep fixing every 6 months to year but same code base for most part just fixing certain problems with new build but that is why we have choice so stay on whatever version or OS you want but don't preach to world that this or that sucks - I do same as human flaw in me but still is wrong; atleast software and OS can be corrected in certain ways but hardware lemons or worse are a big hit in pocketbook if can't return or fix as we not all multibillionaires or corporations/sham foundations/sham non profits/sham LLC's to write off expenses
I wish we had proper updates for vehicles and other consumer electronics and gadgets and devices as they just want to sell hardware instead of proper updates for embedded software/drivers and firmware as hd tv's could be much better with software and firmware fixes to update their flaws like we do with laptops/desktops in terms of graphic drivers and media player updates and codec updates; all todays garbage with embedded software and chips are like caveman old compared to how much control we have over laptops/desktops for most part
my own homebrew win10 ltsb needed only 700mb in idle. while my own creation of win11 needs 1.1 gb ram. but i like the gui of win 11 and kind of already got used to it.

I have the slow write speed with my Samsung Pro 980 M2 PCIE gen 4 (2500MB/s instead of the expected 4500MB/s), and when i search for it the problem exists for over a year now. Currently on 19044.1415 IoT Ent. 2021 LTSC, will install 11 next week to test.
