Running Windows 11 Home on a 10 year old mini laptop now : Acer Aspire One 722 AMDs C-60 CPU (2 Cores - 1 GHz) CPU has AMD Radeon HD 6290 Graphics inside 4GB of RAM (upgraded) 120 GB SSD It took about 5 minutes staring the "Preparing..." screen and threw me into the "One Moment please..." screen after an automatic reboot for another 2 minutes. The following Windows 11 animation (white screen + blue logo) had like less than 1 FPS and took another 2 minutes to finalize. The whole select your language and keyboard screens and stuff was awfull and a very lengthy process...and it wanted to force me to connect to the internet then. Using Shift+F10 to disable WiFi and LAN made me beeing stuck the Network Selection Screen. Alt+F4 canceled the Network Selection Screen. Graphics driver missing and its quite laggy, but working. Not everything is translated into german yet it seems Windows Update grabbed everything AMD related then, including the graphics drivers. Its useable now as a typewriter and/or for emails. While youtube worked quite well using Windows 10 20H2, it is quite laggy in Windows 11.

Anyone having wireguard not working I have pia vpn and in both the leak ver and .51 wiregurad will not connect openvpn protocol work I've tried reinstall, reinstall wireguard driver and NO connection
It's in the Win+X menu , that no use to you? Or Ctrl-Shift-Esc Code: %windir%\system32\taskmgr.exe Right-click on it > Show more Options > Pin to Taskbar
Yeah, but it'll be under the new context menu "overlay" ("Show more options"): Code: ;Adds desktop context menu entry for Task Manager [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\DesktopBackground\Shell\Task Manager] @="Task Manager" "icon"="taskmgr.exe" [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\DesktopBackground\Shell\Task Manager\command] @="taskmgr.exe"
32 bits has been dropped for Windows 11 so it will still get windows 10 updates but that is it.... Stay safe !!! JCC2
For me Wireguard app worked well, but Nord and Surfshark didn't connect (Error 56 in Device Manager) , later on re-installing they both worked. Regards
