Just out of curiosity... there's no way of installing 22000 and keeping it right? Without it trying to go to 23H2 right?
There is a policy to prevent it from upgrading to the next version, but many things like "Widgets" and other stuff died months ago and it's unsupported when it comes to the latest security updates (LCUs).

No, only 24H2 and equivalent builds have. If I remember correctly, everything with a build number greater than 25398 needs SSE4.2.
no restrictions this runs even on p4 with 1gb of ram The only requirement is to have x64 instructions, which have been available since Athlon 64, 2005.and have at least 800mb of ram only installation from 0 works by formatting the PC
Thanks mate. I installed it. But man it has some serious Group policy restrictions. Gonna try to delete group policies and get default settings.
IoT LTSC 2021 (21H2 aka 19044) is Windows 10. You will have to upgrade to the Windows 11 IoT LTSC 2024 (24H2 aka 26100) by ISO.
