3090 is built for 1440p and 4k and up do you know anything about hardware cause so far you know less than linus's own kids
if RTX 3090 is for 1440P your card is 480P check what you say you play 1440p almost 100fps!!!that is rediculus
The new Store is slow, the new Settings app is slow, the new context menus are slow (not slow because you have to do extra clicks, even though that sucks too). Clicking on network/volume, clock, action center, is slow. It's known issues and to be expected from a early build. Keep in mind when I say slow, this is in comparison with Windows 10. Whether or not it could just be a mere 0.5 - 1 second difference, that still is extremely slow. This is false. It's been proven on multiple benchmarks (and personal experience) that there is zero difference with games on Windows 10 and Windows 11. Actually the only real difference is that certain games won't work due to anti-cheat software not yet being compatible with Windows 11. But, instead of me arguing, if Windows 11 magically is the better OS for you for the time being. Then that is great.
I noticed that if you right-click the start button then immediately click an option on the menu that appears, you will often get the wrong option open because the menu MOVES after it first appears. Maybe because I 'only' have a Geforce GT710 card, but because I don't game I won't be spending any more than that. The interface does feel slower than Win10, as though they've come up with a new way to slow it down.
