i was wondering what co_release meant Co_release stands for "Cobalt release," Cobalt being the codename for this development semester of Windows internally. Cobalt is expected to be "finalized" in the summer, and begin shipping to the public in the fall.
My WU b22000.51 update to .65 went very smooth even though I used the "appraiserres.dll" switcheroo to bypass the TPM, etc. checks on my original install, it updated fine.
Updates don't need any fix, only feature updates aka full upgrades do. Clean installs don't need it either.
good, now Setting is full french finnaly, but english keep here on some part, like on right click for show more option and in other part
Then report that so they can fix it. I don't understand why they would not just use ai or some type of automatic thing to translate the English and have somebody check them.
Guys the regedit (below) that worked on build .51 to use old right-click context menus doesn't work anymore! And the new context menu's keyboard shortcuts still don't work. how fix? Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FeatureManagement\Overrides\4\586118283] "EnabledState"=dword:00000001 "EnabledStateOptions"=dword:00000001 "Variant"=dword:00000000 "VariantPayload"=dword:00000000 "VariantPayloadKind"=dword:00000000
This registry fix worked at first but it reverted back to new right click menu after some time. It is not a permanent solution
[QUOTE="Is it my imagination or has the spacing between taskbar icons grown even bigger!?[/QUOTE] I've noticed that space between taskbar icons is smaller now with : "TaskbarSI"=dword:00000002 --- Big TaskBar There is anyway to change icon spacing ?
Several ppl posted this is no longer working a couple of pages back, it's just a case of waiting to see if someone works it out.
h'mm odd:- On my 10 year old computer using easy bcd (for 3 hard disks) and have upgraded public win 10 to win 11....well upgraded to 22000 65 and stacks of space on hardisk yet windows when updating took about 15mins checking I had enough space and when rebooting the hardisk was named win 10 (why not win 11). Also when clicking on win update, it downloaded latest net frame work for win 10 and offered me 22000 65 well it realised I already had it installed and that upgrade disappeard after intially trying to download and install....anyway just saying.
I still don't understand why MS won't extended accent colors in dark mode into entire system. Start Menu has them, Taskbar has them, Search now has them too, but you open Settings and bam - pure dark. Why? Does MS really hate consistency that much?
