I created a Win11 22000.51 US english Pro ISO using UUP a few days ago which I was able to install in a VM successfully.
Today, I tried to create a UK english Pro ISO.
I figured it would just download the additional language files required and build a UK ISO.
As I expected, it only downloaded a few new files and then started the ISO build.
This halted with an error saying that a PRO version already exists in the WIM.
There aren't any WIM files that I can see in the folder, only ESD files.
What do I need to delete from the build files to allow it to complete the UK ISO successfully.
Obviously, I could delete the whole folder and let it download everything again, but that seems a bit of an overkill.
    Help!

    hello;
I installed Windows 11 after modification with fix_kit_v1.7 (option 1).
When I use WinPE SE for backup the disc or is Windows 11 is not visible with the explorer.
But are present with the backup program.
    is there a solution?

I would just like a minimal business OS. They already kinda do it with LTSB/C, but not really. Remember that win7slim? I want that but with win10/11. I want all the bloat removed and just the core OS and the runtime improvements remaining. If you want anything else, it will download on demand with the features on demand function. No xbox app. No game bar. None of the superfluous nonsense. Just an OS. If you want extra functions, you install them. That's what I want.

Windows doesn't automatically rename your partitions. If you called your system partition "Windows 10" you would have to rename it.

Edit: I'm a bit confused... is this only a problem in your custom WinPE SE program? If so, why are you bringing it up here? That's clearly a problem with the program.

I tested with several keys and also Windows 10 on Disk USB the disk on which Windows 11 is installed
    does not appear.
The fix_kit_v1.7 kit for me has nothing to do.
I think it's a problem related to DiskPart.
When I installed Windows 11 I deleted all the partitions I left Windows to take charge of the creation of the disk.
I do not think the WinPE10 program is involved.
The disk is invisible as if he was in Raw.

    Thank you for your interest.

Before we go any further, are you aware that there are GPT hidden partitions for EFI and MSR partitions? The EFI partition will be 100mb and it will contain roughly 27mb of boot files required for UEFI system. the MSR partition is required for the operating system and it depends on the size of the drive. For smaller drives like yours it will be about 16mb. For larger drives it will be up to 128mb. There will also generally be a 500mb recovery partition that may or may not contain the winre.wim recovery environment. None of these should be assigned drive letters and so they will not be visible in explorer.

What do you mean invisible from another system? Are you dual booting or checking from network?

  14. he is saying that if he boot from win10 PE or Win10 VHD via USB or Win7 via any media then this win11 GPT layout disk is not visible in those.
i think i got the correct point of him.

I seem to remember this being a problem with using some kind of custom dual boot procedure which is why I'm trying to ask him. I remember testing stuff like this when developing my diskpart script. I had to initially test out dual booting in general on a vm and it did weird stuff like this if you didn't install the dual boot correctly. For example, you have to install win7 and then win11 in that order letting the system handle the bcdboot and not use custom loaders or it will be fubar.

Edit: Also I think you need to have a UEFI mod on a win7 install media and possibly install some usb3 drivers if you aren't using a usb2 port or a dvd drive. It's not as easy as it sounds.

The Disk is visible on other systems with Disk Manager or other partitioners
But invisible with Windows 10 Explorer.

    @JuliusB
I suspect I think I know what is going on with your system based on your recent screencap showing a "ssdw7" This is a Windows 7 drive correct?
Windows has this thing where it will not play nice with other Windows installs if you don't dual boot correctly. I suspect that this is what you did not do.
I suspect that you don't even know how to dual boot correctly and so you are probably confused. You probably have installed windows 7 onto a previous ssd.
You then probably disconnected that ssd or disabled it in the UEFI settings and installed Windows 11 onto a different smaller ssd.

You can't do this. Your system will not allow you to have two Windows systems like this. It will make one of those drives invisible while the other is not.
The only way to properly boot into 2 different Windows installs and have both drives visible is to make a proper dual-boot setup.
It is a bit more complicated on newer hardware as you will need to modify win7 install media.
You need to find a good guide on how to dual boot win7 and win10 without using custom boot loaders.
Just be aware that your current system is likely not salvageable. I would suggest going back into your win7 system and saving any files you need to.
Then if you really want to dual boot win7/11, do it properly following a guide and getting a win7 media with uefi mod set up in advance.

I think it's simpler than your deduction.
I used Windows 10 and Windows 7 without any conflict.
I just replaced Windows 10 by Windows 11.
To boot on Windows 7 or 11 I use F8 and the BIOS menu.

I think the Windows 10 Explorer in WinPE10 is incompatible with Windows 11.

Thank you I will keep my configuration current because I have no problem to save or restore with WinPE10 SE
The only problem I can not watch the Windows 11 disc.
