    You cannot.Final Windows 8.1 will be different than Preview.

    You were told R E P E A T E D L Y that the was going to be no Cz/Sk language.. So,please - stop whining like a 3 year old

    no, preview is dead end. You need to uninstall and get the RTM then as update or iso. Honestly I wouldn't do it that way
