Users in the following languages can install Windows 8.1 Pro Preview English German Russian Also users can install 8.1 Pro if they are using WMC.

Its possible to do a clean install from store windows 8.1 update (Copying / Saving windows 8.1 update from C:\) Which i have done. NOTES: Skipping serial input at end of setup. Only problem is you need to use email account and password, to finish setup for Desktop / Login.
How is this helping? What was the point of the comment? Numerous people are describing the same issue with the WMC added so its obviously MS forgetting to add support.
For update via store you must have win8pro. It doesnt work with WMC. Windows 8.1 Preview Q & A Many ppl report that update is NOT working for their machines,that include me.I think that user will need to have EN-US Windows 8 Pro to make that update to work.
