    Not a complete let down.

    I put a newer copy of StartIsBack 2.1.1 on my actual machine so I'm somewhat pleased which is now activated.

    I'll check on Windows 8.1 some more later.

    I'm sure this has already been asked. But does anyone know yet if we will be able to upgrade from the preview to the final?

    Possible...but you´ll have to reinstall desktop programs and Modern Apps afaik.

    Without any modifications to the ISO or Install.WIM this is true.

    thats because bing service its not yet available on your region, try to set ur region under Painel control to United states.
