just consider that they do not make a total new windoze but just an SP1, this time frame is reasonable
You're probably right, they aren't waiting for the preview to listen to feedback, they feel like they've listened enough already
not think it's a new iso and if it is different then the windows 8 we know there will be failed as it came to pass in windows vista. Personally I think that microsoft will suit more the system does not have complications unofficial activations and thus stop the demand for mac and linux is on the rise. comparison: Windows 8 ----> new windows vista Windows 8.1 -----> aims to be new windows 7
Yo, man, guess you havn't read win8.1 news for some time, and you also lose your confidence in win8china too.
No, man, I was just correcting my own error in the previous post. Talking about mock-up's, win8china reported about start-button returning to build 940x, they posted a mock-up and were honest to emphaszie it was a mock-up, nobody cared about this news. 2 weeks later , Thurrott reported start-button returning to win8.1 with a miock-up......the news was widely spread. LOL Because youi will asklaie: Yes, it was a mock-up.
its more like this way but same results as yours.. XP --> Successful (tick) vista --> Un-Successful (tock) 7 --> Successful (tick) 8 --> Un-Successful (tock) 8.1 --> (looks like) Successful (tick) 8.x or 9 --> (Prediction) Un-Successful (tock) - Thanks for clarification - no, i cared about win8china Start button news and treated it as mockup just like they said about it (i read that via translations) - you sure that was a mock-up ? i mean paul presented it just like real....i know you also said that time that it looks like mock-up but this time you are quite sure ?
No, that's not what I mean, OEM's get it from a special distribution channel, msdn gets it a little later. I always thought that it was a mock up, based on MJFs report on the start button, he never claimed that they were real screenshots, but everybody just assumed that they were.
My friend dropped me a note some time later, with the PT link and a comment: Old story, but nice fakes. In any case, if I recall correctly, PT's word was: "it would appear like this....". So, you couldn't blame him, right?
