    I install the 4 files only and not the KB2938439.
    I don't see something is missing in Win 8.1 Update 1.

    same here. Integrated only 4 msu files. I do not know what makes difference the two msu KB2939087 and KB2938439. I know these 2 files are optional but for what ?

    did you install the 6 files update or the wzor 4 files update it didn't work on mine when I had 6 file updates I remated with the wzor one and all works perfect

    Thanks for the hint. I have read them on the MS website. And I also noticed that 17031 is indeed RTM.

    We don't need to have a leak. We won't be happy without some sort of official ISO like on MSDN or digitalriver downloads.
    We're just impatient and leaks are like new shiny toys.

    You can just install KB2919355 and you will not notice that something

    if you don't want to understand what updates are and why.. etc, please don't involve in the discussion

    Even WZORs procedure list lead to more confusion, as he tells, no reboot needed whereas the Installer insists on this :cool2:.
