    That means product key is a volume licence one and/or not store in the registry. Is it a laptop delivered with Windows8/8.1 ?

    That's what tito sayed MAK keys are not visible.

    Is the United Kingdom (en-gb) version of Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry Pro with Update available anywhere that I haven't found yet? Torrent, Mega, delta, svf are all welcome.

    As kelorgo said

    however, the "windows_8.1_update_arch_lip" are for 2919355 and 2932046 only, so we need to re-integrate updates 2937592, 2938439

    but that's good enough :D

    strange. i have tried several times but always failed.

    can you upload "windows_8.1_update_64bit_lip_multi_language.img" and "windows_8.1_update_32bit_lip_multi_language.img" to somewhere else?

    What so special to install win8.1 with update ? Install win8.1 and then update files are also fast.

    The same special in installing Windows 7 SP1 and not RTM+SP1
