No, the four files are enough and better you have the choice between them but if you used KB2938322, you still need Windows8.1-KB2937592-x86-lip.cab and Windows8.1-KB2938439-x86-lip.cab
I saw today on my country's national tv that will be available a '''new'' Windows 8.1 on new tablets and/or laptops and netbooks:is about Windows 8.1 with Bing;that will be preinstalled . MS triying with that to help OEM's to sell cheap devices because this Windows version will be almost free for them..and to boost the company's sales.
yep, this Bing version will be given to OEMs free of charge to be able to make cheap tablets. Unfortunately this version will not be available as standalone version. Curious upon availability of any leaked isos
An early version of that Windows with Bing has leaked this year in January...I tested it and seems to be fast than ''regular'' Windows 8.x

usually does lol sometimes I think there is a hiccup either at HDD or mem during the I/O that corrupts things on a rare occasion (unless it continues to happen, then its something else obviously).
