    Thank you very much for the ISO. When I boot it doesn't give me the option to repair windows. Is there something I can do within the ISO to get the repair option?

    @Docfxit Do a fresh install or try upgrading over your previous installation you were on W8 it is W8.1 this is the reason. :)

    It would be nice if I didn't loose all programs installed. Is there a way to do a refresh or repair without loosing installed programs?

    Inplace/repair upgrade: On the running system open the ISO in explorer and run setup.exe.
