DISCUSSION: Windows 8.1 Spring 2014 Update RTM

Would be nice if a change log was included... wonder how M$ distributes these things? surely not just .."new BUILD: 9600.17031.WINBLUE_GDR.140221-1952" fullstop....

Yes, it's interesting to see how they jumped from 11.0.3 straight to 11.0.7. Maybe M$ will be releasing IE12 alongside Update 1?

MS sends out at least two pdf's (print content) with update stuff. one is a generic cover letter and the other is supplemental letter. The supplement letter would have the info.

 

Any idea how MAK cost compare with retail? considering retail has multiple "count" as well..

I generated a few MAK's with a count of 2 - which I though strange at first but now I think it's perhaps meant for the non-corporate users...
