    Actually, it's not translated :D
    it's copied right from ADK_ReleaseNotes.pdf

    BTW, ADK_Online.chm contains interesting info regarding the Windows 8.1 Update (yes this is the official term in the help file)
    also about Windows 8.1 with Bing

    odd, neowin is reporting that its confirmed the update would be called feature pack for windows......and now this contradicts that

    You're right,it's not stated literally, but the docs make it sound like they're included... Download is almost complete, we'll know in 2m29s:D
