We're not exactly sure. The only thing I've personally noticed is that it allows pinning apps to your taskbar (and probably desktop, I dunno) If you integrate it on an offline image, when you fire it up it will automatically boot to desktop if you don't have a touchscreen. Other than those two things, *shrug*
Do i need all 6 + 4 updates for this version? Or only those 4 new Update 1? SW_DVD5_Win_Pro_8.1_64BIT_Czech_MLF_X18-96629 Thank you.
Regardless of the "Feature Pack" description, they are regular updates to improve user experience and fix some internal issues
Dude I just asked that so look above. I know I was lazy but at least I read the last few pages before asking
After install all this updates, there is some command that clean up the "junk" and free some hdd space?
I'm updating my windows 8.1 rtm iso offline and I added February rollup too together with A, B, November, December and January rollups. Is that ok?
I have tried to slipstream the SpringUpdate 2014 Update1 to my Win8.1 ISO first, all the rollup updates which wzor posted, then the spring 2014 updates, in the right order. no errors during dism process.. but after I installed the iso in vmware, nothing changed, still "old Win 8.1" so... is there yet a working tutorial ?
Must commit (to coin a phrase ) I'm also a bit surprised at the amount of re-coding done, given so few new features evident.. 'suppose we'll never know without a change log... their marketing machine seems to be touting the 3 or 4 new stuff but really those should not result in a 700MB update...
