In this screenshot (of IE11) and "system information" the build is only 17019.

They messed up the naming - KB2919442-1 is actually the older one on x86 - it's correct in the x64 version.

It's a build. It works fine, but as far as being a high quality RTM-style build? Maybe...
The file versions are off still. Some versions are 17025, some are 17019, etc.
In an actual full build, which would be an ISO/esd download release, all the filenames would have the same build number.

So yah, it's probably a lot better than the previous leak, but it's not something that is going to be exactly the same as the update iso.

I had that issue as well by trying to install this build over the previous version.
Try uninstalling kb2919355 and re-install the new version.
If you cannot uninstall because of /resetbase you will need to re-install Windows.

Was wondering where the connected came in - so it's all about Bing....?

Not sure what he means here.. but he knows where to come for generated keys right? LOL

    The preliminary steps:
    - Cut KB2919442-1.msu transfer files to the C drive then renamed preview.msu, also created one folder in C drive named 8preview
-Then run the command prompt with admin
    Copy this command and then press ENTER: Expand-F c: \ preview.msu C: \ 8preview \
    Continue to complete the command with the command: DISM.exe / Online / Add-Package / PackagePath: c: \ 8preview \ Windows8.1-KB2919442-x86.cab
If the exchange is the win 64bit x64

    I see :
    - preview pane for apps in taskbar.
    - taskbar still transparency after open app from taskbar.
    - "name groups" in Start screen don't change the display of apps and the start screen don't become dark (like in win8.1).
    - and more...

hmm, odd, I followed the same procedure as the last leak, using dism to integrate the update, last leak brought me to the desktop and it was already activated BUT this leak brought me to the desktop and it wasn't immediately activated, I had to connect online first and then it went fine, weird
