could you try putting the mouse at bottom edge & then try dragging it even further below? does that work?
perhaps my english is not good enough to explain properly!

    Edit: See post above.
Looks like i did manage to get my point across :)

Not for me - nothing happens.
Scrolling with the wheel move the app left or right.
    Maybe I have a dumb mouse...:D

had same experience ... lol. You must move your mouse down most into the invisible area of the screen like an inch or such and also BAV0's setting is essential to make it happen

No luck, tried with the Weather and Maps apps both pinned to desktop taskbar and not pinned to desktop taskbar.
I got a REALLY dumb mouse

guess it has nothing to do with having pinned to taskbar or not. Simply move your mouse very far down by not dragging something. You won't see your mouse pointer any more because it is outside your screen.
Look into BAV0's post where he mentioned to have checked the taskbar box #1438

Do you mean it does not show even if you press the WIN key + T ? If it shows when you press them, change the properties as per PaulDesmond's recommendation.

First off sorry if this has been said before. I want to know If I do a Clean install of windows 8.1 can I just apply those leaked patches straight away? Or do I have to first download a ton of updates ( since win 8.1 came out ) then those leaked patches?

    Many Thanks :)

it depends on which iso you will install. If you have a volume version that includes the GA rollups, then you go straight with your leaked updates. If not, you first have to apply these rollup updates through WU and then load the leaked ones

When I try to apply this new update after installing all the other KB's it says that there isn't any updates for this system!

You NEVER need to apply the rollups before installing the Spring Update, KB2919355 is a cumulative update, it includes all the previous rollups! ;)

The mouse(more precisely, the pixel at the tip of the arrow) does not go outside of the screen, the top most pixel just stays on the bottom, it's like pushing it to the screen top, the arrow won't go beyond the screen no matter how you push the mouse up. :D

Yes, no extra updates needed after you install 8.1. (You can install the updates if you want to, it makes no difference at all)

yep, but it feels like going far beyond the bottom end of the screen. That's why I didn't get it working in the first place because I moved my mouse down still visible and nothing happened. Only by moving further down, the magic happend

thought is was essential to install previous rollups first like WZor advised several times on his site. On the other hand, most ppl received these rollups since quite a while as they were rolled out some time ago or were even included in VL versions on MSDN or Technet. Anyway good to know that there is no extra need for having them installed which saves a lot of time :D
