I already did try it on my Windows, that's how I know it's not windows fault, my PC works fine for right clicking the explorer tree
This build is not any faster than the previous one and I think it only included a few new fixes and a few extra updates that could still be downloaded with KUC and installed on top the first Escrow leak. IE11.0.3 is absolutely awesome though. I now use it more often than the latest Chrome build.

installed Windows8.1-KB2932046-x64 and restarted? I checked build number before this installation>> it was 17019
