Recommended.. probably Required.. nah they would at least release it through hotfix system like 2938439 and it's pulled from windowsupdate.cmd servers, although last time it still available with 2919442
"Feature Pack" - Problem is that no one really knows what these packs do yet (not that I know of at least). Can anyone shed some light on what these "Feature Packs" do or add on?
Do you know what KB2932046 is for? KB2938439 is Supplement Package to KB2919355, exactly like KB2932046 and KB2937592 and if you insist, KB2938439 updates iexplorer.exe, IE HTML Rendering system, Display Control Panel, Messaging Records Management, System Settings Handlers, Tablet Input Panel
Feature Pack is just a release-type label for the supplement packages KB2919355 is the actual Feature Pack and i don't know exactly why MS choose to make those supplement packages as Feature Packs
Well, there is a thing you can do by searching google with this KB number and click on the website that has microsoft.com in it and there you gooooo. These 2 are on there (well at least KB2919442 since it was in the last Update Tuesday).
