[DISCUSSION] Windows 8.1 termsrv.dll Patching

Thank you m2tas for posting the patch. I have not yet tested it but will do so after I update my system.
I prefer a patch vs. the rdpwrap method and only recently has a fix for rdpwrap been posted by the user community for 8.1 64-bit.
I hope someone will also post patches in this forum for Windows 7 both 32-bit and 64 bit, and Windows 8.1 32-bit.

I applied your patch to my updated Windows 8.1 Pro x64 termsrv.dll 6.3.9600.18928 and it works perfectly!

For 6.3.9600.19093 x64 version search and replace "39 81 3C 06 00 00 0F 84 23 21 02 00" with "B8 00 01 00 00 89 81 38 06 00 00 90".

 

For 6.3.9600.19318 x64 version search and replace "39 81 3C 06 00 00 0F 84 DF 16 02 00" with "B8 00 01 00 00 89 81 38 06 00 00 90".

For 6.3.9600.20165 x64 version search and replace "39813C0600000F84AF160200" with "B80001000089813806000090".

 

no such offset, but there is such "39813C0600000F84B3120200"
