Just for me it dosen`t work to boot from USB? I have copied the ISO to a USB stick and made it bootable, but when I restart the machine to boot from USB it`s just freezing. The machine is set to boot from USB and I have tried on 3 different PCs, Acer, Asus and Sony laptops. Have also tried several different programs to copy the ISO to USB - Windows 7 USB DVD download tool, WinToFlash etc.
UP@ It doesn't work since I installed updates btw: Windows update doesn't show any updates installed. Great!
Hey guys I have a problem with F1 2011 (the video game by Codemasters). When I try to run it it shows me "Could not find F1_2011.exe", but it's in the folder. I have never had similar problem. The other one is when I try to run it not from the RZR Launcher but from the F1_2011.exe - it shows me "The procedure entry point alSource3i could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\F1 2011\F1_2011.exe Can anyone help me?

Hi fellas, i have a question about W8. Is it true that W8 doesn't have an option called Safely Remove Hardware for USB Flash Drive etc? Is that means we can just simply remove the USB Flash Drives without click anything? (Sorry about my bad English, it's not my native language.)
Right Click Places Enter a Location Now right click to New Location Set as default that's it if you want you can remove your places with right click
I ran into this same situation. First of all I used Diskpart to convert the disk to GPT. Then I preallocated the 100MB EFI partition, and finally I created a primary partition using the rest of the disk. I formatted the last partition using NTFS and tried to install using a USB stick. I got the same message. I think that is because the UEFI BIOS does not recognize a USB stick as a valid UEFI install device. So I burned a DVD, inserted the DVD in the drive, and rebooted into the BIOS. Then I saw the DVD drive as both a normal DVD and a UEFI DVD (install device). I booted from the UFI DVD and got as far as selecting the partition I had formatted. Then Win8 install said it couldn't find the partition, so I went into command prompt (Shift+F10) and used diskpart and deleted all the partitions on the drive. When I tried to continue the install it worked and I now have Win8 on a GPT disk. HOWEVER, when I list the partitions on the disk using diskpart there is no 100MB EFI partition, just the 128MB MSR and the partition where I installed Win8. I have installed Win7 on a GPT drive and I get all 3 partitions. So ???
When you are in the weather app you move your mouse to the bottom right corner and drag it to middle and click settings and then settings again.
Thanks. Totally missed those options. On to the next problem. The Skydrive App is in GERMAN. I'd prefer Dutch, but I'll settle for English. Anyone have any ideas how to change the language of the Skydrive App? Or does everyone have a German version? I was also hoping for Skydrive to be integrated in Windows Explorer, but it seems the Consumer Preview doesn't have this option yet. Trying and experimenting. That's what I'm doing with the CP right now. And learning...
THAT IS FUNNY HAHAHAH (loser) Is it just me or aren't my desktop settings getting saved ? Everytime I restart all my icons getting rearanced...
