Certainly the best antivirus is the sense of the user. I use Firefox with uBlock Origin extension, do not install flash player because of security breaches and when I need it I use Chrome with uBlock extension as well. Just doing it my headaches greatly reduced. Also I do not install Java but when I need it I disable the Java extensions in browsers. I also obviously careful where I click and where do I download the software that I need. I would not use antivirus because of noticeable loss of performance especially in tasks that involve reading and writing to disk, but I do not feel safe doing it
Opera was for almost two decades the best antivirus for windows. Obviously Vivaldi is the most obvious choice today.

New updated RTM on MSDN matches the updated RTM from WZOR in the OP. Just rename from 14393.0.160911-2111.RS1_Refresh_SERVER_OEMRET_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO to en_windows_server_2016_x64_dvd_9327751.iso
I don't know. I'm not familiar with VLSC Server versions. If they have the same hash, they're the same file, just with different name.
