    I will wait and see, if somebody can confirm that posted links are MSDN VLSC and are they able to activate using KMS server using MTK 2.6.2 - Just like how Server 2012 R2 VLK was released here and was able to activate using local KMS server.

    I think that VL v.s. retail stopped to be relevant since Vista/Srv2008, AFAIK just the preinstalled KEY changes.

    AFAIK Since 2012R2 also the demo versions are convertible to full ones just using the correct key.

    Yes I think so. I didn't bother to "upgrade" the old version. I have it just updated trough WU or .msu/cabs

    How about EVAL to MSDN/VLSC

    going forward it becomes easy to get eval version from microsoft and then convert to msdn/vl. also easier to share
