That's O&O shutup, it really doesn't disable much.

 

Actually, now that July 29th has passed and there is no more GWX, there is nothing for O&O Shutup 10 to disable. (Or enable, if one wanted).

I have installed in a vm, using the datacentre with GUI
The initial login screen has the generic windows 10 beach/cave background - Is this correct ????
The version does say it is server 2016 and the server side tools etc are there -

why does it still have the beach/cave background ???

is this a valid - not a made up iso ???

 

Complain to MS that you do not like background. Or personalize it.

You only know what iso you used if you compare hash

You can get package names for each image of the install.wim, and compare them yourself:
