    :confused:
    So you mean this ISO: 14393.0.160715-1616.RS1_RELEASE_CLIENTENTERPRISE_S_OEM_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO

    should be installed only on Surface devices? I remember I installed on Desktop PC and it appears to be working fine.

    The leaked enterprise ltsb from wzor was released to OEM partners, from there it leaked. The OEM part is meant for OEM (activation) on surface devices, the windows itself runs on all devices.

    Isn't the MSDM product key on the surface, a Pro product key? unless you are activating using KMS?

    I have added EDGE from Microsoft-Windows-Internet-Browser-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.14393.0.cab (and langpack).
    Have installed Adobe-Flash-For-Windows-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.14393.0.mum and Adobe-Flash-For-Windows-onecoreuap-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.14393.0.mum with DISM
    Now Flash works in IE11 - only 32-bit from (x86 folder). Flash doesn't work on EDGE or IE11 (x64). How can I make it work on my WS2016?
    No Flash haters, please ))

    Hi friends ;
    I am using windows server 2016 standard. All my drivers are up to date.
    The only problem is server 2016 takes 90 seconds to reboot while LTSB takes only 10 seconds for booting on the same computer and with the same drivers.I couldnt find a solution for this problem. Can the server users write their boot times please ?
    And if somebody knows any solution , please write here
    Thanks

    Start from Boot Menu:

    EnterpriseS: Approx. 1 Sec.

    ServerDatacenter as Desktop: Approx. 9 Secs.

    Regardless of hardware, I normally have these done:

    1. Disable unwanted Features (some of them can only be done manually by dism /disable-feature)
    2. Disable unwanted Start tasks
    3. Remove unwanted packages
    4. Disable unwanted Services (some of them can only be done manually via registry, or sc config start=disabled with TrustedInstaller privileges)

    Do you use the same support during installation???

    i'm saying that because LTSB can be burned on Dvd and Server can't, so i don't know your motherboard model, but it could be the fact that one is correctly installed using Efi (gpt table), and the second still stay in MBR mode.

    I tried both UEFI and EFI , Windsman.. the result is the same , server always opens so late after pushing power buton or restarting computer.
    I use 16 GB USB 3.0 Sandisk Flash Disk as the installation media. My computer is ASUS X550LB and i5-4200U processor

    Tamam

    So it's a laptop, with lot's of device at startup, i think it's caused by missing enabled role or feature on Server 2016, but which one:confused: , imho, try to disable some device in your bios and test, but with a laptop you should stick with LTSB.
    You know that LTSB at first installation get more task, services, feature than Server, so for me i's device faulty (it search for something which is not enabled (lose startup time) and pass.

    Hi Windsman ;
    I disabled Network , Bluetooth , Card Reader , Wireless , Bluetooth , USB ,HD Audio from BIOS one by one but the result is the same.. server starts in almost 2 minutes. Maybe i have to try to find the solution with the services it loads during boot. If you have any idea about solution later , it will be much appreciated. Thank you Windsman

    ok, arrggghhhh, too bad.
    So Re-enable all is not them.
    Just in case,try to disable windows defender features via Server manager and restart.
