Windows Server 2016 supports audio. You just need to simply activate it, see here windowsworkstation.com/win2016/enabling-sound/
Yes it does (talking about 2019, not 1809 SAC core). The core versions of course do not. What'd you be doing with audio on a server without GUI?
It's using SLIC 2.5 to activate. If anyone got the existing marker generating tool, the new version of oatool.exe can be found in Windows 10 ADK 1809.
What else do you need but the client side's Hyper-V console ? Server side's sconfig panel is sufficient to configure everything you have to on the server : domain, firewall, network, updates and remote management.
