    the only thing you can keep is CAL and TS between Orig and R2 so 2003-2003R2, 2008-2008R2, 2012-2012R2.

    Well it doesn't have much to do, and your "minimum processor state" setting allows it to reduce the clock speed. If you don't want it to do that you can just set the power plan to "high performance", or disable Intel SpeedStep in BIOS entirely.
