Hello Enthousiast, Win7Pe is indeed interesting for old ancient laptop with low ram However it's been a while since I've used You can build a Win7pe from Win7PESE: w7pese.cwcodes.net/Compressed/index.php Or you also have a very good builder Livesyspro developed by Kare to create a Win7PE -> Win10PE: www kare-net.de Good luck with the old laptop Weird, currently I get the message: Sorry, you need to have 5 posts before you can save or post content containing links.

I updated my post with the supported Windows 10 versions Win10PE SE supports Windows 10 October 2018 (1809) or earlier Whereas Win10XPE supports version 1709 to 20H2 However 20H2 is not recommended > https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/winpe-user-friendly-pe-builders.78922/page-11#post-1636193 Using the Windows 10 ISO to build Win10PE SE shouldn't be a problem
Win7PE SE, Win8PE SE, Win8.1SE and Win10PE_SE 2021-03-19 update GetWaikTools updated to 20.0.10.0 Audio Plugin updated (hopefully fixed now) Innounp updated v0.50.0.0 IsoLinux and related bug fixed Many other updates on plugins
Just for clarity: These updates to the "PESE" projects are not done by the original author (ChrisR), because he focuses mainly on his latest PE project, Win10XPE, which was last updated on January 16. Just scroll up a few messages to read Freddie-O's very clear explanation of the difference between the two projects.

Windows PE reboots after 72 hours of continuous running. This is a standard WinPE behavior implemented by Microsoft. For more information, please refer to the Microsoft's MSDN article: Benefits and Limitations of Windows PE. Microsoft's partner System Internals has a toolset for a workaround. Download the suite. hey, would it be possible to have the screen reader nvda added to the default app build? I am blind and without my screen reader, well, no speech. unless windows narrator functions in these windows pes? your help greatly welcomed.
I am only familiar with Win10XPE and it does have Narrator. Sorry I don't know much about the other WinPEs (Update) and even with Win10XPE I do a Basic Build Personally I would look for a portable screen reader and test it Maybe there are others who might be of more help
NVDA is an Optional Application.... You can download Optional Applications via > Utilities / Mega Optional Application Download > "XPE OPTIONAL ADD-ON BASE PACKAGE"
