Sorry, I don't use WinPE stuff. I have multi-boot and a a full-blown LTSB environment on a bootable USB flash just in case. I didn't mean making any additional work for you.
Selecting DirectX in the build, makes unusable end result, screen stays black after boot (no desktop display)
Is there away to cleanup / remove all unneeded registry settings. all unneeded windows files. all unneeded crap / leftovers. Basically is there away to give Win10XPE a more polished & professional feel & look, you know like it was made by a professional company.
Yes, pay the developer more than his current job (XPE started as a personal tool by @chrisr, which he decided to share from the goodness of his heart). Otherwise, take it or leave it. ("Where there is awill, there's away") BTW: Win10XPE looks plenty professional to me...
My post is not an attack on anybody or there work, the developer has a lot knowlledge with Win10XPE, so would it hurt to cleanup all the crap and give more off professional feel & look.
What "Crap" ? You are free to remove all the crap you want - until it Breaks..... We will be waiting for your "Crap Free & Professional Looking" WinPE Version..

e.g shortcuts Control Panel\All Control Panel Items leftover files & folders or everywhere as for registry setting, when i run ccleaner from Win10XPE desktop it cleans up hundreds, BUT there is no way to save the cleanup permanently to Windows\System32\config files in Win10XPE.
Registry: SOFTWARE Hive... is safe to clean, backup, & replace [cleaned 6253 keys] SYSTEM Hive... don,t backup & replace as WinXPE will not boot to desktop so there are 129 keys remaining uncleaned. Next to clean is shortcuts in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items.
All broken shortcuts in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items removed. Next fix, watch movies with firefox.
