dism cannot integrate monthly rollup kb4019264

- the prerequisite for the convenience rollup;
- the convenience rollup;
- platform update and the prerequisites for ie11;
- and ie11.

Next, I executed the command:

Next, I unmounted the image, then I executed the commands:

to start over, and integrate only the monthly rollup, and this time dism could successfuly integrate the monthly rollup and returned:

Questions: Did I do something wrong? If yes, then what is the proper procedure for integrating the convenience rollup, platform update, ie11, and the monthly rollup?

 

I followed your scenario, except the en-us and ro-ro spelling update (you also have to integrate hyphenation for both) and next i ran this:
