    Different boot files. Bootmgr and bootmgr.efi are different in the installation, and boot.wim and winre .wim contain the all the new boot files, replacing the previous ones.

    It is not superficial, but if it was really critical MS would probably have done something about it.

    Yes, i noticed this, for that reaseon edited the post with the key after install
