Do you have Sony Vaio NR21m/s ? Please help me to get the original bios!

    I would like to restore the original bios image.

    I upgraded the bios of my Sony Vaio NR21m/s, but it wasn't totally successful, and the backup bios image is lost. If you have the same model with the original bios, please send me the bios image here:

    Or please put it somewhere else (for example on rapidshare)


    You can create a backup copy of your bios using this small utility: Phoenix Winphlash
    If you don't have this utility, you can download it form here:
    ubuntuone.com/p/i3B/

    Just download, run "SWinFlash",
    SELECT "Backup only",
    and press on the "Backup BIOS" button,
    then please send the "BIOS.BACKUP" file to me.

    It's just two minutes.

    The original bios image cannot be found on sony's website, that's why I apply to other Vaio users.

    The BIOS version is R1101J9 (11/24/2007).

    Hi, maybe I can help you. I have the same model vaio.
    But one question: Why do you have upgraded bios?
    I think that I am at the same situation... I have bought a compatible battery that needs an upgrade bios.. but I don't like this, and I wouldn't want to have any problems.
