I notice that when I first install Windows the Windows animation circle barely turns a few times then I'm on the desktop. But after setting a lot of Group Policy Editor rules and installing all my apps, the Windows loading circle turns a few times then pauses, then continues turning Do you think this is because of my installed software or because of the fact that I have many rules in Group Policy Editor?
