As I read in another thread Daz loader requires MBR partitioning and NOT GPT.

    OK.

Assume I have now a MBR partitioning on my hard disc.

    What about the boot method?

Does Daz loader for Windows 7 work with:

    - UEFI enabled (Secure boot DISabled)?

    - CMS mode (as variant of UEFI) enabled?

No. You need to re-partition your HDD as MBR style.
From the readme file that is included with the loader:
"The loader doesn't work when the systems using GPT. The workaround is to pre-format your hard drive so that it uses MBR instead."
